Cancellation Policy:

Payments must be made at time of entry, otherwise you are not entered in the ride.
If you are unsure if you are going to ride day 2, just enter the first day and then let Ride Management know if you are going to ride day 2

Previous coupons for discounts or free ride entries, just one per ride entry. Must be brought to ride.
Minor Riders: All minors riders are required to always wear a helmet while mounted on an equine and ride with an adult sponsor. Those junior riders who qualify to ride without a sponsor must have the appropriate paperwork from AERC.
Rules and Regulations: This ride will be conducted in accordance with AERC: www.aerc.org. Dogs need to be leased while at ride camp, no dogs allowed on trail during ride. No smoking outside your camper.
RIDE RULES:
Directions: Location is: 35.271951-111.382511
The ride is in Northern Arizona, off the I-40 east end of Flagstaff. From Phoenix and Los Angeles: From I-40 east, Exit 211 at Winona and drive west for 2 miles. Turn right (north) at Leupp Rd. Drive a little over 5 miles. Basecamp on your left, dirt road, will be marked with promotional flags. From Albuquerque: Exit I-40 at Exit 211 Winona, drive west for 2 miles, turn right on Leupp Rd and Follow for a little over 5 miles. Basecamp will be on your left, dirt road, will be marked with promotional flags. From HWY89: Turn East on Townsend/Winona Road, drive 8 miles, turn left on Leupp Rd and Follow for a little over 5 miles. Basecamp on your left, dirt road, will be marked with promotional flags. (From Phoenix to HWY89: Exit I-40 at exit 201 onto Country Club Drive. This route is recommended if you want to stop at Safeway, gas stations or a feed store.)
Weather: Be sure to be prepared for any type of weather. Average high temp is 68 degrees with an average log of 34. Sunrises around 5:21 am and sunsets around 7:26 pm. So in other words, it's Mother Nature can either be cold or hot for temps and dry to snow for moisture.
Ride with GPS: will be used at this ride, an invitation will be sent out the week before the ride.
Meals: Friday Meal will TBD. Sunday morning there will be a French Toast and Bacon breakfast. Additional Meals are $15.
